Are all of your wines from France?

At the moment, yes. We import our wines into the USA and offer them online for our customers.

Do you offer any sparkling wines from France?

Not currently but we will very soon! We are planning to start importing 3 of our sparkling wines in 2020. This will include 2 white sparkling wines and 1 rosé sparkling wine to start.

Who should I contact if I am a distributor interested in selling your wines?

If you are a distributor interested in selling our wines, please send us an email with your company information and the states (or country) you cover to cheers@maisoncr.com and we will reach out to you.

Purchasing Questions

Are all of your wines available for purchase online?

All of the wines that we have already imported are available for purchase online.

We currently have 11 wines available in our wine shop for home delivery to 39 states in the USA. You must be 21 years or older to purchase and accept wine shipments.

Additional wines from our collection will be added over time, including some great sparkling wines we are importing  in 2020!

Which states can you deliver wine to in the USA?

We can legally ship wine to homes in 39 states but will add more as the regulations evolve. Currently, we can ship to the following states:

Where do I enter a Coupon Code I received?

Once you have completed your selection of wines to purchase and do not have any more changes to make to your cart, please proceed to the button at the bottom right of the cart that says “CHECKOUT WITH VINOSHIPPER”.

Once you load that page, there is an option on the top right of the cart that says “Have a Coupon Code?” where you can enter your code(s).

From there, you can proceed to checkout and complete your purchase.

NOTE: Please note that due to technical issues that cannot yet be resolved, it is important to make changes to your wine selection on the Maison CR cart before proceeding to “CHECKOUT WITH VINOSHIPPER”. We hope to rectify this issue in the future once the software we integrate with is able to communicate cart changes back to Maison CR.

Are there any automatic discounts if I don't have a coupon code?

Yes, absolutely! These discounts will be shown on your final checkout page.

If you purchase 6-11 bottles, you will automatically receive a 10% discount.

If you purchase 12 bottles or more, you will automatically receive a 15% discount.

Entering any coupon codes will likely override the automatic discounts.

How long does it take to get my wine delivered?

All orders may take up to 3 days to process, Monday through Friday. Once the order is processed, it will be shipped based on the Shipping option you requested.

If you use UPS Ground Shipping, it can take 3 to 5 days to arrive. This is the most common shipping type used by our customers. If you want to receive your wine faster, there are additional shipping options as shown below.

Shipping options include:

  • UPS Ground
  • UPS 3 Day Select
  • UPS 2nd Day Air
  • UPS Next Day Air
What are the conditions for receiving the wine shipment?

Someone must be available that is over 21 years old (ID may be required) and will have to sign to accept the order.

We recommend that you ship to your work (if permissible) or a UPS Access Point (available at checkout) as someone will be available to sign for your order and shipping costs are generally lower.

Can I have my wine shipped to a UPS Access Point if I won't be available for a home delivery?

Yes, you can select a UPS Access Point when you checkout.

Please note that the UPS Access Points only hold shipments for 5 to 7 days so make sure you pick it up when it is delivered so you won’t be responsible for extra shipping costs.

Can I have my wine shipped to a PO Box, APO or FedEx location?

No. Wines cannot be shipped to a Post Office (PO) Box, Army Post Office Address or a FedEx office.

We recommend that you ship to your work (if permissible) or a UPS Access Point (available at checkout) as someone will be available to sign for your order and shipping costs are generally lower.

Can I buy wine from your shop and have it shipped outside of the USA?

No. Currently our wine shop can only deliver within the United States.
