$22.00
Appellation:
Burgundy – Pinot Noir
Grape Varieties Used:
Pinot Noir
Tasting Notes & Pairings:
The wine is a rich purple and when it ages it takes on a deeper ruby color. On the nose, the bouquet has red and black berries & fruits (strawberries, cherries, black currants, blueberries), evolving to a peppery undergrowth. Our Burgundy Pinot Noir is very lively in the mouth, structured, supple and round. Its tannins and fruit are very balanced with secondary aromas. It has an elegant, fine personality and a fluid and light structure in the mouth.
This wine is often associated with rather delicate and moderately aromatic dishes, such as salads, vegetables, meat pies, poultry or a stew. Their delicacy makes them even the ideal partner for fish lovers. Their natural elegance predisposes them to roasted veal, tabbouleh and cheeses like gouda.
Best Served:
Best served between 53°-57° F (11°-14 °C) when young; when mature, best served between 57°-61° F (14°-16 °C).

Terroir:
Pinot Noir was born in Burgundy and always reflects the traits of the terroir. Our vineyards are located on the foothills of the coast, in limestone medium, nuanced clay and marl, stony and rocky but well-drained soil. It is a great wine to help you start discovering the range and nuances of Burgundy red wines across the region.
