The taste of this Brouilly from the Beaujolais region has finesse and is adorned with a beautiful ruby red hue. This wine exudes fruity aromas dominated by strawberries and raspberries. The palate combines suppleness, flesh and finesse, and its precocity allows it to be appreciated in the spring following the harvest. Pairs well with charcuterie (delicatessen meat), red meat and most types of cheese.
